"I've never been there, but they are hiring constantly for a receptionist or other things. My daughter has applied there numerous times because she is in walking distance of them. They never call or get in touch with her. How hard is it to answer phones or greet people? She is half Hispanic ...is that the problem? She desperately needs a job, Can someone tell me what the problem is?"
"We had an emergency with our car Edward, he had two broken legs, Dr. Herrin took good care of him and rebuilt his legs. Great service, on time with appointments."
"The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful from the minute we walked in the door. However, I am very upset with the behavior of the doctor and the way that my animal was treated when there. The doctor was very rude from the start, as soon as we walked into the office the vibe he was giving off was very negative, he acted as if he did not want to see my animal, he acted as if he was disgusted to be there. The tone of his voice when speaking was very rude and disrespectful, he continuously made snarky remarks, such as telling me that I should get my dog neutered although he didn’t give me any reason as to why. When giving my dog his shots he was basically manhandling him, he did not show any sort of care or affection towards my animal. I obviously didn’t expect him to pet him for ten minutes but showing him respect and treating him with care is not asking for too much. We were in the presence of the doctor for less than ten minutes, I paid 45$ for the examination fee alone, to me that’s paying for the doctors time so there is absolutely no reason that he cannot show compassion and care for animals who are coming to his place of business for service. There were other things said that were very off-putting however, it is not worth my time to explain every detail. I felt that the doctor had a bias against my dog because of his breed, he is Rottweiler, I understand the stigma the world puts around certain breeds and how that affects the way people see them, but as a vet this is no excuse. My Rottweiler has never shown any aggression towards humans, he is loving and sweet and compassionate and he deserves better treatment than that doctor gave him. I will not be going to this office again and if my dog didn’t need his shots that day we would have turned right back around and walked out the door."
"Dr. Herrin and his entire team were life savers for us at a critical time. Although we weren’t current clients, when our dog needed immediate attention on a recent Saturday morning, they took him in and treated him and agreed to board him for two weeks so we could go on a pre-planned trip. We felt so much more comfortable leaving knowing he was in good hands. More importantly, he’s all healed and back to being himself. We are very appreciative!"
