"Medical care is sufficient, BUT the phone system is horrible. Spent close to an hour on hold, finally someone picked up, was sent to nurses station, nurse's station 'tried' to send me back to front desk, couldn't get it done and . . . I had to hang up and call again. On hold all over again. Very very stressful."

"Glad they at least have a facility in the area but be advised... Very very very very slow. They never get you in at your appointment time. I often wait more than 40 minutes after our scheduled time to even see a doctor or nurse. Staff is not friendly much and they have very limited services. Try going anywhere else if you value your time. Cox Monett is way way better....."

"So people could see this I rated it good but i was deathly sick. Called to get a same day appointment at 7 am and was put on hold for 16 minutes only to find out that she answered the other callers first. Then gave the same day appointment away to somebody else that called after me, causing me to lose my job, because I wasn’t able to get in at the time I specified to my employer. After finding nodules in my lungs and stomach, not answering the scheduling line for other appointments with specialists I would say COX is the worst place I’ve ever been."
