"When you sit for an hour waiting for you blood to be drawn. No one was ahead of you no excuses etc....yet when others get here they all get taken back and your name continues to not be called and you had an appointment. What is the point of an appointment if your not going to do your job this place has continued to decline and become a joke. I think I will take my care else where!"

"Oh boy where to start at I'll mention my doctor Dr Mitchell Norton the worst doctor I've had so far, he's clueless of anything going in the world like for one he didn't know anything about camp Lejeune until me and my dad schooled him on it. He doesn't care about your health issues at all He just says we can do this or that but your insurance won't cover this and they won't cover that I'm so sick of the lies and done with them telling me my insurance won't cover anything."

"I love the medical providers that work in this clinic, but the front desk is seriously lacking. Consider yourself lucky if they ever answer the phone, and when they do you are the biggest inconvenience to them."

"Came in on 9/15/2022 with a broken back. Duane Cox was the ER doctor. He was okay, but attending staff was the most uncaring people I’ve ever encountered. One nurse actually wheeled me in on a bed for an X-ray, then stood there with her arms crossed. I asked her if she was going to help me move to the X-ray table and she rudely answered that all I had to do was ask! I couldn’t move at the time as the pain was so great. I informed her I shouldn’t HAVE to ask for help, as it was obvious I needed help. I’ll literally have to be on my death bed before I would ever go back there."

"My son has been sick and I’ve been trying to call all morning, they’ve been open and no answers and says to call back during regular business hours. You run a clinic. For children and adults who need MEDICAL ATTENTION (not “bad enough” for the E.R) and you cannot answer your phone? Or even be responsible enough to be there/turn the phone ON? I couldn’t even get through to the nurse on call line. Im just at my wits end with this place. They never seem to care about what you actually have going on."
