"I have had the worst experiences here, and 80% of them are with the front staff. Having to reschedule because I’m a single mother and my child who is well behaved was with me. Having to reschedule because they couldn’t get me numb. And not to mention the appointments are MONTHS AND MONTHS out. I’m so frustrated because in the area we have no options but this place and they have done nothing but leave me in tears every time. 10/10 DONT recommend."
"Not a good time there with Julie stapp. Wouldn’t send me home with medicine. Overthrew anything I said and tried taking my blood and forcing me to go to the ER. I just came to get antibiotics. Of course the one day basham is not there. She acted like everything she said was above anybody else’s word. Do not recommend her if you need a doctor. I’ve been dealing with my kidneys my whole life. I know when I get very sick. Been going to access for so long. Will now be switching to Aurora. I recommend DR. Basham at cassville but nobody else."
"I have had great experiences in dental & medical. My 3 year old had his first dental appointment with Dr. Dumond. The whole team was so good with him and he wasn’t afraid at all! They made it such a pleasant experience. We also see Dr Basham in Medical & he is great with him too! The nurses are all wonderful and my son loves them! I highly recommend this clinic for all your needs."
