"Mardel's -- at least the OP location on 119th St -- was a pleasant surprise to me. It's a huge store with something for everyone. Really. Most of the wares are what I would term "family friendly", with the notable exception of most of the holy family depictions: they had very European faces. Otherwise, I'd say this chain has really "nailed" its target market. I'll be returning."
