"We had a good experience from start to finish with our kitchen renovation. We are so happy with the results of our beautiful kitchen and received wonderful compliments on the work. Shannon and Matt helped up come up with a great design and we couldn't be happier. Gerald and his team Mark, Mike, Brent and Xavier did a great job and took great care in keeping the work space and our home clean. They treated our home as if it were their own. As in lots of renovations, there were a few minor hiccups but the issues were all addressed and solved in a immediately and to everyone's satisfaction. We are overall delighted to work with the team. They did an excellent job. Thank you all for all the work and care in making our dream kitchen a reality."

"I am in awe of the work that was done by OVATION home design. We have a 100 year old house and needed an entire bathroom added to our master bedroom. They were communicative, on time, professional, and a list goes on and on. And in addition to the quality work they provided to us, the design process was thoroughly laid out, explained, and it was a joy to go through with Maggie. This was the first big project of this caliber we have completed on our house and had the best experience. And in addition to all the great things, I could say, they finished the project within the timeframe allotted and exceeded expectations!"

"DO NOT USE Ovation Home Design We went with them for a major kitchen and main bath remodel of our 1924 Waldo home. I have never regretted anything more in my life! The project began Feb 6, 2022 and is still going because of all of the incompetence of the main contractor, Gerald, who treats women like dirt, but also because the owner and main designer, Matt Watson, does not understand how construction works and refuses to take any responsibility for problems that arise because of the people he employs. The amount of problems we have had continue to pile up, and Matt does not care one bit. He is contractually obligated to try to fix things for a year and at this point it will be more than a year if ever until all the problems are fixed. He blames his vendors for the delays. There is no accountability. And bc we have paid in full, we have zero options. My husband is in construction, and he says unfortunately this is very common. I am posting this to try to prevent anyone else from going down the Ovation rabbit hole! It’s dark and depressing and a waste of your hard earned money."

"I'm very pleased with the Kitchen Refresh and Bathroom Remodeling that was done. Matt and his team were good to work with and they worked well together. The work started on time, and it was completed early even with an unexpected issue that took a day to fix. I will use Ovation Home Design if I ever need more work done on my home."
