"Nothing in Stock. Rude, disrespectful staff. Before placing an order for a sectional and oversized ottoman. I contacted the store to see if the items are available for delivery Before Christmas. I was told the right arm would need to be ordered but a left arm was in Stock and could be delivered in 3 days. The ottoman needed to be ordered and that would be late December early January. I placed my order online on December 6th. Waiting for delivery today I received a call stating he had placed my order and it would be end of December early January. I informed him that is not what he and I spoke about as he was the person I spoke to. He rudely cut me off would not give me a reason why he before said he had the item once I said i could not wait until January. He lied to get my purchase. He hung up in my face and will not answer the phone. Now I have to dispute the charges and wait for a refund. Bad place to go. This was a Christmas and birthday gift for my loved one."
"This store had EXACTLY what I was and have been looking for. Went to one furniture store the same day, and they fell short of my expectations. Drove the 10 minutes down the road and they had the better selection and items on hand and in constant stock. I'll be back when I start my redecorate."
