"Never write reviews but felt like I had to. Super dismissive when came to do a return, Was told they could do it for at least store credit when showed them my jeans I had bought the night before they claimed to not carry them due to label. Despite me showing the literal bank statement they proceeded to get more and more condescending and felt like they were trying to any reason not to do it. Yes my fault for taking off the tags and dumping the receipt just was excited for the jeans :("
"I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I usually have a coupon but did not this time and there was not one offered. The cashier kindly said there is a senior discount if I qualify. I qualify so I was thankful to have a little savings."
"Absolutely love this store. Always easy in and out. Great customer service. Great online pick up options. I do have A LOT of difficulty with their online ordering and they had a major mess up with kohls cash after Christmas and I lost $150 and they refuse to give it back. Which it was never used they just deleted it a day early and did nothing to reciprocate this. So I don't know how much longer I will shop her unfortunately. That's one of the perks I love and that really made me mad. I buy all the expensive name brands so I can get kohls cash to use in the smaller stuff. Then they took it a day before either expired and did nothing to give it back. I am selling their stock I have too. Ever since Penny's purchased them, the changes have not been good. IMO"
"Bought a gift online for Christmas. Got a sweater but received a small boys t shirt instead! Tried to return but did not refund the shipping I paid even though I received the wrong item!! Will not be doing any shipping online from this store!!!"
