"This practice needs to be shut down. After going there for several years and went through several doctors, because the turnover is so high, I was let go without warning. At the time I was seeing their new doctor, Dr. Chacom. He put me on dangerous amounts of pain medication while also being on Xanax. After seeing him for a couple months he let me go. I was able to stop the pain meds but not the anxiety meds. He gave me no assistance getting off the medication safely. Benzodiazepines is a medication that can cause death if not tapered property. I explained it to his nurse and she stated that it's not an emergency. The staff are not knowledgeable enough to provide proper care for their patience in this kind of situation. They left me to fend for myself without any recommendations. Very unprofessional!"

"Okay multiple reasons for this one star because dr chacon didn’t want to deal with my medical conditions I have been told to go to the emergency room which does not treat chronic pain. I was “referred” to pain management due to no insurance they told me to search myself. Then due to having difficulty finding a pain management place I asked dr chacon if he could please refill my medications while I continue to search for a pain management clinic I was told “that I need to go see my primary care physician about my medical conditions” here’s where it’s funny guess who my pcp is dr francisco chacon"
