"Beware!! My sister has lived in Arizona since April 2022. She has called and requested to be removed from her ex-roommates auto policy and the man who answered there refused to take her off of the policy. He went on to tell her she is “common law married to the policy owner.” My sister told the agent she is not common law married and the agent refused to listen or reason with her. Unreal! We will be reporting this to the insurance commissioner to get this resolved."
