"Why schedule someone for an appointment if there are no doctors on ground. Went in here for an appointment scheduled for 1:15pm but they made me sit till past 2pm without being called. Went up the desk to complain but was told I would be called. If I came in 10minutes late, you guys would cancel an appointment yet it's okay to keep me sitting for almost an hour. The front desk lady was also very rude, doesn't deserve to work at a place where people needs help"
