"Very poor service. Today I received a text saying my son had an appointment when I had never made an appointment for him - especially when it's in another state. I was very concerned that an appointment was made for him showing Kansas city when we are physically living in COLORADO. When I called to gain some clarity, and advice about what has happened the receptionist or to whomever I spoke with (young lady named CARA/KARA) was very rude. Her tone of voice was not accepting and as a parent I was concerned about another individual using my sons information. I could only imagine how staff is inside office."

"They did not tell us beforehand that only one of us would be allowed back in the room with my son. When I asked why they said it was because the room was too small. When my husband came back from the room he said it was not too small for both of us. If that is your policy that's fine but you need to tell new patients that when they make their first appointment. It would have been nice to know I wasn't going to be allowed I would have scheduled at a different office."

"I use kck location as its closet to me. Excellent staff, friendly, proffesional, clean and open spaces, no long wait times, love that I can schedule a vision and dental at the same time. I would give 5 stars if I felt safer on the way in (which isnt the dental offices fault). But Parking is limited being a strip mall, Once they buzz you in its safe but I've been approached multiple times by panhandlers, they will come to your car because they know they aren't supposed to be by the entrances, so be prepared for that."

"Beware in the prices. They will give you 2 different prices at the begging when they tell you that you need certain treatment. But when you go inn for the treatment they gonna surprise you with a third different price! Where they raise the price. Be very cautious meke sure they explain everything good to you."

"The location is great, clean and has a nice play area for the kids! The staff are very professional, patient and friendly. Not to mention it’s a one stop shop for dental and vision. As a working mom that’s a deal breaker for me. I will definitely sing about Adventures to friends and family."
