"Basically had nothing bad to say about this place in the 5 years I've been treated with kc care, until recently. I went through a major mental health crisis and reached out to my psych for support and since I can't contact my psych directly here, i had to talk to the coordinator. I was basically brushed off and told there was no way I could see my psych any sooner than a few days from when i reached out, even though i was heavily suicidal. I was offered resources and have heard nothing since. You'd think a place would check up on you when you miss so many mental health appointments. The fact that there's one designated person that handles all the mental health stuff is appalling, especially since no one ever returns your calls. I left a message several weeks ago when i started briefly spiraling and didn't ever hear anything. Have already decided not to come back here and will not be returning in the future. I hope this place gets it's act together and convinces doctors to stay because this is the 2nd time in 5 years my therapist has left and they had no one to transfer me to."

"I love my childs dentist however, they should better train the people who answer the phones. The lady i just spoke to seemed as though she had an attitude. Please, if you dont want to work dont come in. Leave your attitude at home because answering the phones is just important as if the patient/possible patient is standing in front of you. Your tone on the phone is everything!!!"

"Dr. Megan Buri is the best doctor I've ever worked with. I wish more doctors were like her! She is caring, attentive, knowledgeable, flexible. She respects my decisions as a parent. She answers all my questions and makes a point to follow up on past issues. She takes time to care for my family. I'm so glad we found her!"
