"This place is going to hell. When you come in, it feels like your in a penal institute, there's no books, nothing on the walls, no help brochures, no children books or toys. Since vibran took over it makes me feel like I need to start looking around for somewhere else to go. A lot of the staff that was there, aren't there anymore, they asked me for a piece of mail to verify....I am NOT doing that, I've been coming here for almost 20 years, and that makes me feel like im proving myself to the DMV! They are ALSO rasing the price on the sliding scale. Vibrant your running this place in the ground!"

"I'm not sure if this survey is relating to the crown Prep on Aug 23rd or the prophy on Aug 25. It really doesn't make much difference both experiences were superb. To my chagrin I don't recall the dentist's name who did my crown prep. That's my mistake because he's very good. He works quickly and shows that he's genuinely concerned. He's personable and whitty which is a plus when you're being drilled on. As for the prophy, Brenda is the best. She's diligent, dry humored, and the most professional hygienist I've ever been to. She puts in an incredible amount of pride in her work. I've been seen by Brenda for at least 12-15 years and by this time she's virtually family."
