"They are scared to address harm vs. benefit, they are not visionaries. Lots of mental health centers are more innovative. This mental health center used to lead in the state and now they are falling more and more behind. They are unable to work with advocates, do peer input, or really address trauma-informed care in a meaningful way. They are all about the tokenism, false pretences, and continuing the status quo. They have had budget cuts for so long they are just in survival mode. But some businesses can evolve during lean times, this one has stagnated."
"I submitted my resume for a position with this company. I was called for an interview by a recruiter and they left me a voicemail. I returned their call the next day and left a voice mail but they did not respond. I called back a week later and left another voice mail expressing my interest in the interview and I haven't heard back and it's been a week. This is one of the most unprofessional and rudest things I've ever encountered. I probably dodged a bullet."
