"We have started going to Vibrant Dental to assist my grandmother. We have had a great experience with Dr. Fry and truly love his dental assistants. Even though we have had trouble with Billing, Jennifer in Billing has assisted us tremendously. What appeared to be a price more than we expected was reduced and we were able to complete the sliding fee with no problems. She has made sure that we got things taken care of and the bills matched the sliding fee and Humanna. Everyone is very helpful and we are grateful. And that means a lot to my 74 year old grandmother."

"I was supposed to get a call back from a guy named Ryan and I didn't I was trying to see if I could change my appointment to telehealth instead since it's just for my refills that the nurse practicer told me she was given me the refills at my last appointment and I have been without my meds since and I was supposed to get a call back last week concerning if she could send me some partial meds until my appointment but I haven't heard back. This has never happened before I actually am not sure if I would like to continue coming here or recommend this place anymore and here we are over a month later smh. I was supposed to get so many calls back and no one is helping me I'm starting to think I'm being singled out and this has not been a good experience. I wish Marcia was still there. When I tell yall they say they will call you back after they find out what you want just don't believe it"

"Told attendant I was waiting for a a prescription my child’s doctor just called in, I gave my name and was never called or acknowledged again although other people who did the same were attended to quickly. Finally received a text and went up to the cashier . I was the only patient at this time. She ignored me but waited on 2 people who came in right after! Terrible experience and I was obviously overlooked for some reason unbeknownst to me as there was at least 4 other people on staff who all knew I was there waiting. I won’t be using this pharmacy again."

"Just horrible and unorganized. Good luck getting an appointment! I’ve called them so many times and never ever receive a phone call back. Seems like the health of the patient doesn’t matter at this point."
