"I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as my recent experiences with Autism Support Now's ABA services have left me deeply dissatisfied. I enrolled my son with high hopes for a supportive and nurturing environment, but unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short of expectations. One of the most concerning issues has been the inconsistency in staffing. It appears that the clinic struggles to retain qualified professionals, resulting in a constant turnover that directly impacts the quality of care provided to the children. Communication has been a significant pain point as well. Numerous attempts to contact the clinic have gone unanswered, and when I do manage to get through, the responses are often inadequate. This lack of effective communication has left me feeling isolated and frustrated, unsure of the status and progress of my son's therapy. What is even more disheartening is the apparent discrepancy in service quality based on the demographics of the children receiving care. It is distressing to observe that the issues I've encountered seem to disproportionately affect the clinic's services for African American children. This raises serious questions about equity and inclusivity within the organization. Furthermore, incidents such as unreturned phone calls and missing items only add to the overall sense of neglect and disregard for the importance of the matters at hand. It is disconcerting to witness these lapses in attention, particularly when there are waiting lists for alternative and, hopefully, more competent services. In conclusion, my experience with Autism Support Now has been far from the comprehensive and supportive care I had hoped for my son. I implore the clinic to address these issues promptly and thoroughly, as every child deserves the highest standard of care, regardless of their background. As a concerned parent, I believe it is essential for others to be aware of these shortcomings before considering Autism Support Now as a viable option for their children's needs."

"I was let go from this company the day after Christmas. At least that's when they informed me. They made sure to actually let me go before they had to pay me for Christmas day off. And now they are fighting me on my unemployment. Previous to that they were raising pay for employees at 1 center and not the other and lying about it. As an employee, maybe just work somewhere else."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend their services. It is impossible to get a hold if anyone. They don't communicate and never have staffing. Steer clear from this place."

"My son has been going here for about a month now, and we love it! There have been some challenges with communication, like other reviews have mentioned, but ASN is aware of this and working to improve it. They've provided such loving care to my son, who has already grown immensely in the weeks he's been there! I was nervous about ABA therapy for five days a week, but staff at ASN has taken time to talk us through this decision, and it's really been wonderful! They definitely deserve more 5 star ratings :-)"
