"Went in to look at their new inventory after seeing a 2021 Honda Insight Touring for sale. The car was priced just a little bit higher than the market value at the time. Mike Moss helped me through the process. I was able to test drive the car for the afternoon (about 5-6 hours) to see how it handled without having a salesperson inside the car. I loved it (definitely was an upgrade from my 2008 Infiniti G35x). When I came back in after test driving, Mike wanted to get an idea on how I liked it. We didn't talk numbers until I (ME) was ready. Mike was so supportive and not a person to hassle and rush you. After test driving and thinking about the numbers, Mike was able to get the price down to around where I wanted it (this was over text/some calls). Overall, the experience was really nice for buying a used car off the lot. Mike and the team fixed a couple issues that I found before buying the car (gas cap lid wasn't flushed and the oil was overfilled). The only thing I would say is to be more open about what the fees were when buying the car (documentation fee, theft protection fee, and reconditioning fee). These fees added up to about $1,200."
