"I needed a handicap room and they say they only have one and had rented out to someone not handicap and made no accommodations for us. Also I needed a late check out and the manager started calling my room around 9am to get us out.and would call every few minutes as well as knocking on the door and check out wasn't until 11am and needed check out around 1pm and was threatened to be charged a full night stay. The housekeeper was really nice as well as receptionist but the manager/owner and not having handicap room available was unacceptable. Will never stay again....I asked for handicap room on several occasions during our week long stay. And was told you only had one and wasn't available at ALL."

"I had a reservation at this place but when I showed up to check in was informed I couldn't stay because they don't allow "locals" to stay. I had driven an hour and half to springfield for medical appointments, so that didn't seem very "local" to me. And to that point, what kind of reputable business discriminates against guests based on where they live? Then the front desk clerk said he would cancel the reservation for me like he was doing me some kind of favor. Absolutely ridiculous. Add to that the place doesnt look like the pictures; it's run down and sketchy. I'm surprised to see the Wyndham name on a place like this. Steer clear!"

"DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! It’s a joke! After trying to get my refund back, having the police called on me for disagreeing with the staff . I’m at my wits with the care and compassion this place has for their guest. This all started over not having the proper (by law) temperature of hot water in my unit. Then when I wanted at least my deposit back ( paid in cash), they refused and claimed I smoked in the unit. They accused me of having more than the guest on the hotel room. I explained we were celebrating a birthday and had visitors come over. Which the vape pen I was accused of smoking was unused and sitting on the table. THE MANAGER REFUSED ME TO TAKE MY TEMPERATURE GUN IN TO PROVE HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS, and refused to give me her name and corporate number."

"We had a nice stay with them. Me and our crew had stay here for couple of weeks. We had a good house keeping and the front desk had good with every one. Steven is a nice guy. He help us very good."

"Room was extremely small with the smallest rest room I ever saw lighting was really dim also. Breakfast was grab an go was very basic to say the least personal was not overly nice either. Won't stay again!"
