"Walked in and a man walked up to 5 feet from us and did not speak. Customer service sucks!!! Spoke to the only person obviously attempting some sort of work (minimal at best) and asked about passport service and he said we only take the picture or mail it that is all we do here. That is not a processing center!!!!! Utterly useless!!"
