"While a dear friend was at you hotel this week, she was unable to use the elevator because the button was broken. When she inquired at the front desk she was told they were aware of the problem and it was going to be worked on later that day. She asked what she was supposed to do. The response she received was to use the stairs. She replied she couldn't. This is because She is Fighting Cancer and the treatment leaves her weak and unable to walk those stairs. Shame on you and you facility. I am aware you know exactly whom I'm talking about. You violated the ADA compliance. We will all be reaching out to the State Department for this reason. Do Better"
"This was a fun get away! The pool is in a wonderful and tropical feeling atrium room. Big Shots golf was a fun spot that was very close to the hotel. The restaurant is very good, with a slightly fancy atmosphere, and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again."
"This is a great hotel. Beautiful, friendly staff, great beds, comfortable atmosphere. The decor is so beautiful and relaxing. I would like to see them improve their breakfast selections. That is the only thing I can say I would like to see changed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone."
"Overall my husband and I had a great stay! The hotel was updated and very clean...but Sometimes the hotel felt upscale, and sometimes it felt a little cheap. 2 pool areas, one indoors and one outdoors. There is a Starbucks Cafe right by the indoor pool. Breakfast was okay - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, muffins, grapes, and juices. The check-in and check-out process felt slow, but the front desk ladies were friendly. We enjoyed a few drinks and dinner at the Fire and Ice restaurant: highly recommend the burgers! Our room was thoroughly clean. The mattress and pillows were not our favorite but the shower was great!"
