"If you grew up near a 'holidome' or 'fun dome' then you'll know what to expect when staying here. A very cool older Holiday Inn Hotel with a ton of history. Kind of felt like I wasn't on planet earth anymore. Except someone was smoking in a room near mine and I'm pretty sure Martians are smarter than that. Props to the employee who let me in the fitness center to run very early in the morning."

"This is a really cool hotel. Located right next to six flags. But the fun doesn’t stop at the amusement park. The indoor pool area in the hotel is awesome and much safer then hurricane harbor. The restaurant has great food as well."

"Rooms are beautiful. Pools and hot tub amazing. Games fabulous! Love the putt putt and the shuffle board! REALLY REALLY dislike there is not a "quiet time". The pool area is open super late, kids SCREAMING and running along the walkways which the rooms are right next to. Children running the hallways screaming. It's currently 10:30 and I'm laying in the bed clear as day hear 2 men talking/echoing so loud. We come here yearly and it's the same complaint from me every time. I think staff should monitor and tell people to be quiet and like I said, have a " quiet time". 10:30 pm kids are still screaming. Parents loud in the hot tub yelling over the jets. Frustrating."

"I remember this like it was yesterday. I was 8 years old. About 8-9 years ago. We arrived this hotel we had a group of my family going to six flags and me and my grandmother shared a bed and all night I was up thinking something was on the other side of the bed waiting to hurt her… I had bad dreams there, woke up the next morning to my uncles and mother with a hotel pamphlet telling a story about how the hotel used to be a barn and a little girl name Maggie haunts it ( as well with a picture of her in a corner) they also said pig man and another name haunts it from six flags since it was really close by six flags. I so remember the way I felt because I just knew something was off. That same night we were determining to stay or not that night I saw what appeared to be three figures on top of the roof. And I put my opinion in the discussion and told them we were NOT staying there. After our trip was over we went back home and for about a year I wasn’t able to sleep in the bed by myself because I would have dreams of the girl Maggie. Or think she was in my room"

"I really liked this hotel. It is definitely very old school, but in a good way. Beautiful woodwork and details. I like being able to park right outside my room, and the room also had an entrance to the interior hall, so you could get to the restaurant or pool without walking outside. The hotel was quiet during the week this time of year. The rooms were nice and have been updated, although you can still see some age in the structure. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked great, although I didn’t swim. The restaurant was good, but the prices are high. I would stay again."
