White Castle

"With White Castle, it seems like you're all in or all out. Count me as all in, for as long as I can remember. There is nothing that tastes like a White Castle and no other fast food I crave more. Unfortunately (fortunately?), I live 600 miles from. The nearest WC, so I can only enjoy it when I'm visiting. Good reason to visit more, right?"

"Went through drive thru. Meat didn't seem fresh or cooked fully. Took a long time to get the order, though it wasn't busy. Got the new fried cheddar (cheddar version mozzarella sticks) and I would not recommend them."

"Just wanted to give a shout out to Barb who helped us with our order. She was so sweet and spunky and made our first White Castle experience pleasant. We ordered a 30 pack of the original burgers to take home to family out of the state. Are they the best burgers ever? No. But the food was made fresh, came out quickly, was affordable, and the customer service was great."

"Never had an issue until today. I wanted to try to chicken & waffle for the 1st time, I ordered it and asked to add an egg & cheese to it. When I got on the road for home we realized it only had egg & cheese. Completely missing the chicken & bacon. We couldn't turn around so I tried to call, 2 times so far, both times I have been sent to a voicemail. How do I go about getting my sandwich I purchased? Because what I received was a disappointment."

"Being from Arizona, we've never eaten at a white castle....this is our first time. Overall, I liked it, but the rest of the family didn't. I think I was the onions they put on each hamburger. The kids liked the chicken onion rings and the fries. I put cheese on some of the sliders, and that wasn't bad. The service was great and the place was clean. Our first experience wasn't great because I forgot to ask for no onions, so I think the family will not want to go back."
