"This company charges unauthorized and inaccurate charges to your credit card up to a year after services rendered. It was a nightmare getting charges rectified and credited back to my account. The urgent care it self for medical purposes was great."

"Horrible place. I wish I would have read the reviews before we waisted our time driving there. I told the front desk lady that my wife has been sick. Chest congestion, not feeling well. She gets the ....Dr.....and he would not even look at her. Just said go to the hospital. I have been reading reviews now for about 10 minutes now about this place. Every bad review is so true! They are so scared to help someone so they just say...GO TO ER. NOTHING WE CAN DO. This guy needs a different job or learn how to do the job he gets paid for. If your sick and need help, do not waste your time going to Eureka Mercy Urgent care. If you get this same Dr, you just wasted precious time for nothing. I think tomorrow I will contact the BBB and let them know how unprofessional this place is."

"Extremely helpful staff! From the receptionist to the nurse & doctor! The nurse drew blood and she found the vein before she stuck the needle in. Other places do what they call "fishing" for the vein. You could tell she knew what she was doing! The doctor also professional, asked all the right questions and prescribed medication that I needed! I would highly recommend this location!!"

"I went to the Eureka Urgent Care with a deep dog bite on my throat.The medical team there took excellent care of me. My nurse, Dani, was very kind and caring. Dr. Baker was wonderful; very gentle and professional. It’s a bit scary to experience something like a dog bite on your throat, but he and Dani worked very hard to keep me calm and pain free. I appreciate the hard working medical professionals who take care of us. Thank you and Merry Christmas!!"
