Dale casually told me she wasnt getting in until 2pm. I asked if this was habitual. His response was "a girl quit the other day....the system takes a while to catch up....system is new" (I used online booking 8 weeks ago just fine). Speaks volumes regarding customer service and Katie B.'s work ethic. Stylist arrived at 2:10pm for 1pm apt. but not before answering the phone. No apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment, no I'm sorry....nothing. Ive been a regular customer and 25% tipper minimum."
