"We’ve been shopping here for quite a few years now. Everytime we stop in Branson, we make sure to stop and shop here. Kyle is super friendly and will chat with you while you shop and is always quick to give a knowledgeable answer when we ask about products around the shop. Also thankful they have the online store for when we can’t make the 16 hour drive to the store : )"
"Came here while walking down Main Street on my Branson trip .The owner is super nice and has cheap prices for homemade butter."
"So glad I found this place! They have leather goods, fruit preserves/jams, and skincare products. I think they had more but I got sucked into the skincare area. I got a lip balm and soaps but if I didn't have carry-on luggage limitations with the 3 oz liquid constraints the blackberry celery seed scrub was calling my name. The smell was amazing and it looked wonderful. Everything has all natural ingredients and is handmade, which almost goes without saying in an Amish store I suppose. Was pleasantly surprised to see a CBD offering in one of the skincare lines. I really like that all the soaps have the name of the individual female artisan on the label, as in Soaps by Mary, Soaps by Rebecca, Soaps by Lizzie, etc. These are real deal small-batch locally made goods. Somebody could become a fan of a specific worker and then target her items specifically. That seems so fun to me and it would be impossible with even the most expensive brand name beauty product companies! The owner was a delight. He greeted customers and explained the store concept and products, which is on par with all the tourist shops in the area but appreciated nonetheless because it's a specialty store that I was unfamiliar with. Apparently they also sell online on their website so maybe the blackberry celery scrub will be mine one day after all. Prices are very reasonable, but fair. Tourist traps are never cheap but these folks are not crazy at all. Cheaper than Sephora or Ulta."
"The man running the store was EXTREMELY rude to us and told us we get what we get bc it’s handmade. Wouldn’t help my mother at all when she asked about certain sizes of a product and refused to come out from behind the counter. Nice products but absolutely no customer service skills"
"The man running the store immediately started talking to us as we entered. We kept walking around the store after the initial hello, but he would not stop talking to us and trying to sell us on the products. When he realized we were not going to buy anything, he became extremely rude. If you don't like high pressure, rude salespeople, I would suggest you shop elsewhere."
