We have spent over three hours on the phone and several different "supervisors" and are getting very little hope. They do not do what they say they will do. NO trust in their service at this point."

"One of my favorite places to shop for clothing. I love Eddie Bauer jeans and the prices are so reasonable at the outlet. I've gotten some amazing deals there. The only thing I don't like is they don't always have the cut I wear. The staff is outstanding and they always go out of their way to help. Another plus for me is that it's dog friendly at the Branson store. We get lots of attention when our fur babies go with us. Highly recommended."
