"Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Home Depot location. Despite being a pro memeber/contractor spending 10's of thousands dollars oer year they would not honor their own displayed Ryobi free battery sale as listed in an end cap. The batteries were in hand, but apparently the sku's were different. No wonder they are struggling with their market share/prescence. Susan woas the worst manager I have ever dealt"

"I always come here to buy plants. Tonight, I stopped by to get a couple. I paid with a $100 bill and didn’t receive my change. Patiently waited for a manager and when she finally approached me after 10 mins of waiting, she came with an attitude, began to insinuate I was lying by saying “if the receipt came out, the cash came out” I mentioned the cash dispenser is lit up red, and none of the others are. She told me that machine was the only one that stays lit up red. Nothing further, she walks away and brings my change to me from a different register. Completely unnecessary. I believe the manager is named Missy whenever she was radioed to assist me."

"In this store are many helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth employees who will stop what they are doing to listen to you, help you troubleshoot an issue, or figure out what you need for a repair. Some staff are not skilled in repirs, but several of the employees are (or have been) professionals in trades, so they offer experienced opinions and solutions to many maintenance / building / repair challenges. The employees are plentiful at this Branson store, not hard-to-locate, like other chains. I have experienced consistently friendly service, and can't recall a time being disappointed. Branson Home Depot is full of All Star team members who go out of their way to help you."

"I am a very particular customer on satisfaction. From my buying of an oven, to delivery, to a problem with the oven and an immediate offer of a new oven being replaced, I have always been completely satisfied with my interactions. I have actually got to speak with human beings instead of fighting through the phone system. Because of this excellence customer service I will order appliances again from here when needed."
