"Had a 2 used rugs on the floor and I wanted to buy one of them, both stained and dirty but I was willing to pay for it and clean it up and they said they're ours and won't sell them. We have spent quite a lot of money there and was shocked. I even offered to buy another from them to take it's place. Unbelievable and crazy."
