"Zero stars. The room was filthy, and the maintenance done on the room was the worst I've ever seen. I lived in the ghetto in Reynosa, Mexico, and I would rather go back to that than stay in this hotel again. Mattress was dirty. Holes in the walls. Drapes had never been cleaned. And for the same price, you can go to the motel 6 and have a much better experience."

"Beware travelers!! Do not stay here customer service is horrible the owners used profanity when they came to my room and asked me leave at 10am when the brochure clearly says 11am not worth the headache please do not support this establishment"

"Do NOT stay at this motel. We rented it for 2 nights for our floor layer who was coming out of town. They checked in and upon checking in the room had blood splatters on the wall which the gentleman took pictures of and there was an ambulance and police everywhere. (They were told an overdose by the man next to them). They went to Walmart and bought freebreeze and new bed sheets because the room had a bad smell and the sheets were dirty. Very unkept place. They hadn't been there 30 minutes when they heard a loud boom, and the man in the other side of their room had fell and busted his head open and there was kids sitting outside, people hanging out in the parking lot. Just a very bad experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say our floor layer left and went to Branson and got a room for 2 nights. My husband went in the next morning to get a refund and they would not refund him both nights because the floor layer didn't return his key he left it in his room. So we are out one night there and 2 nights at the hotel he ended up in. What a complete mess. Go somewhere else."

"Room was clean, beds made nice. One outlet for fridge and lamp did not work. Water pipes rattles loudly. The balcony walk ways feel weak and lean out. Check in service was pleasant, the people were friendly. The price to me seemed steep for the condition of the motel. The building needs a lot of repair. Still the owners have their newer BMW's parked by entrance. Kinda sad the see where their priorities are."

"July 2015 - Best value in Branson for $40 a night! We stayed in rooms 105 and our friends stayed in room 103. Both rooms were $40 a night. Both rooms were clean and bathrooms modern and clean. Water pressure for showers was excellent. Amenities included Oasis shampoo packet, a bar of soap for each person each day, and clean towels every day. Air conditioning work great. Rooms did not smell, they were both smoke free rooms. No pet odor either. We check the room for bed bugs and found none. We like it so much we stayed for 2 nights. Each room had 2 queen size beds which were comfortable and clean. Room 103 comes with a small refrigerator. The pool was clean but we didn't use it, we came to boat and swim in the lake. Continental breakfast was just cereal, milk, and Sunny D orange juice. Not much but what do you want for $40:) Would stay again for sure."
