"My dad and I stayed in cabin 5a. The ac in the bedroom wouldn't work. We called the manager and told them about it, never heard back. We had to fix it ourselves. Sink in bathroom leaked, no fresh towels after that. The television is all roku, which isn't good when the wifi doesn't work. Do not stay in cabin 5a waste of money"

"I book a two bedroom "cabin" with 3 beds each one when I got there it was only 3 beds total and they blame Expedia so i had to rent another room 20 minutes away. Ruin my vacations the point was family gathering. And the place is ok they just make it look super nice and is not it! Beds make squeaky noise wood rotting in porch the grill was rusted out and I was in the believe that the cabin had a pool right in front but no! Is totally in another building. I don't recommend and I spend 700 dólar for two nights plus the extra room. No No."

"We stayed in cabin 5, the interior is in good shape. The beds are horrible, the water smells of sulfur/rotten eggs. The bbq is a charcoal and not in good shape. The beds were so bad you won’t have a good sleep. The pool had a green tint so we skipped that. Loved the dock for our boat and a place to swim off of it. Also the location was nice and out of the hustle and bustle. When I called to complain they pretty much did not care yadah yadah. We would look for another cabin if we go back."

"I tried sending this in email form to the owner with no response after 5 days First and foremost, I would like to say that our stay was overall enjoyable. However, before I booked the listing, I made sure to ask if the pool and hot tub were open. I feel as though that would have been the perfect opportunity for you or your employees to tell me that the hot tub “doesn’t heat up until 9pm”, when the average patron would be preparing for bed. The reason I put that phrase in quotations is because, after I received a reply, telling me the 9pm issue, I checked the hot tub at 10pm, midnight, and 7am. The hot tub was not hot at any of those times. Normally, I would be very understanding about the issue, things happen, things malfunction or break, I get it, however I saw a review from one month ago reporting that the hot tub didn’t work, one of the main reasons I asked if it was open, and again, was told it was open (not that it was open but not functioning as a hot tub should). Also, when we arrived at the property, the door code that was sent to me did not work to unlock the door. This was an easy fix, a simple phone call to the company phone where a replacement code was given, but what if I wouldn’t have been able to get through on the phone? A thought for future bookings. Thirdly, the WiFi password in the room did not work. I tried it the way it was listed multiple times, as well as trying out different alternatives with uppercase and lowercase varieties, to no avail. This was also not a huge issue since I had plenty of service at the property, but again, what if I hadn’t. Also a thought for future bookings. Overall, my friends and I had a great time exploring Branson and table Rock Lake. The property was nicely remodeled and well maintained (the filter needs replaced in the single bed bedroom ac, no biggie just FYI). Things were clean and well laid out. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hot tub will be my main takeaway from my stay, however, due to the fact that we chose this property strictly based off of the fact that it was listed as having a hot tub available, so I feel quite misled, having been told that the hot tub was open before booking my stay, when it has, in reality, probably been broken since the review one month ago that was left on your air bnb listing."

"My family has enjoyed staying at this resort for many summer vacations. If you are looking for a family friendly resort then this is your place! The cabins are clean and have a very home-like feel. Roger is wonderful and super friendly. He is always there to help and ready to make the most out of our family vacations. We look forward to our trips to Table Rock and to the wonderful treatment we receive at the Lighthouse Lodge."
