"The weather was horrible cold cold . And the room they gave us the heater did not work. One of the security/maintenance guys said none of the heaters worked on top floor. Finally around almost 6 am they moved us. They wasn't busy, there was only 3 other guest, all they said in response was sorry none of the heat is working on top floor, followed by would you like to book again ? No thanks."
