Reviews
"A little resort off of the beaten path, but a great family resort, and when I say family, my dogs are included. The owners were friendly, caring, and went above and beyond! The property (inside and out) was clean, and maintained! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a great experience!"
"I've been coming down to tablerock off and on for a long time. Cedar hollow is an old school resort that reminds me of the ones at long creek that I used to stay in when I was a kid. James and Lisa are great. They're ready to do whatever you need to make your stay there the best it can be. There are not as many amenities as some of the larger resorts but the atmosphere here more than makes up for that. Plus I don't need some of the other frills the other places have. I spoke with James and they have plans for continued upgrades as time goes on so it will only get better. Your plenty close to branson from here and far enough away that it almost feels remote. Its most quiet late at night when walking my dogs. I just don't think you can beat it. Well deserved 5 stars. We've been here twice this year already and planning to come back down again in dec. In fact this will be our go to place when we visit the lake."
"Stayed here for a friends meetup in june 2021. The rooms were remodeled and nice! The atmosphere was awesome. The owners are really nice, took our group and kids out on the pontoon for tubing amd fishing. Had camp fires and cookouts! Being only 45 minutes from Branson was a plus also! Highly recommended!!"
"I can't say enough nice things about James and amy. James help me launch my boat at hideaway, he even used his own truck. The room was perfect, lots of room for activities, the kids stayed in the bunk beds and it was perfect. There was a little bit of light that came in early in the morning, but you're on the lake so we got up early got out and enjoyed the nature and the calmness of the cove. The fire pit was the best, there was a lot of nice people visiting and enjoying the evening, we even saw some shooting stars. It is quite a drive down with a bunch of curvy roads but what you expect when you're going all the way down to the lake?! They had ice and drinks and ice cream in a little shop, and we were there on Labor Day so they even had a pulled pork dinner with a fire truck at the community center within walking distance. It's a very lovely place and a very calm atmosphere. No mosquitoes either! We will definitely come back thanks for the wonderful memories."
"This place is GREAT!! Just spent 11 days here and had the most wonderful time. James & Lisa are super friendly and making this place their own. Prices are inexpensive and they go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. Price includes a boat slip if available. We’ve paid upwards to $12 a day for slips in other resorts and understand if they start charging. While we were there their granddaughter was there and she is very outgoing and doesn’t know a stranger. She was a joy to get to know. Thanks James & Lisa for a great time. We will be back!!"
