"I put a deposit down for over 2 months ahead of the date for a session. A situation came up and had to cancel. I notified Lisa 60 full days in advance of my intent to cancel. She refused to refund my deposit and wants to keep my $60 for the 2 minutes it took her to run my card for the deposit. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. Unreasonable and unprofessional."
