"I would give this place -5 stars if I could. My kids have been going here for almost 2 years. My son needs a referral for oral surgery, referrals were supposedly sent months ago. The referrals are never correct, always missing something important! Now, today, I call a new place where they sent a referral to. I am told Uncommon Orthodontics is only allowed to mail the referrals because it is a HIPPAA violation to fax them. Except the oral surgeon only does it by fax.....So....don't waste your time with this place. Nobody ever seems to know what is going on!!!!"
"Montana is the BEST assistant I have ever had being there at uncommon ortho. Not only her smile but her personality is amazing. Each time I talk to her, I feel like I have known her my whole life. I was suppose to get my braces off today, but I had a concern about my teeth. She made sure that I was happy with my teeth before getting them taken off. This girl deserves a raise!!"

"Jessie was great. The dr is always amazing. We've been coming for a couple of years and have never had a bit of trouble. We were able to use my son's insurance and it has been a great experience. The braces have been very secure my son has never broken a bracket in the whole 2 year process"
