"I usually don't like to post bad reviews but what I heard while I was at AutoZone yesterday afternoon upset me very badly! There wasn't very many people in the store so it was pretty quiet, while I was looking around I noticed there were 5 employees just standing around and since it was quite in the store I overheard them talking badly about another employee! One gentleman I saw he was short, kinda hefty looking and he was wearing a Grey shirt was telling the others how lazy this other employee was, he doesn't have great customers service, he ignores his customers, and then the lady that was also there said something but it was to low for me to hear, and the others were saying something about a parking spot and that the same employee the grey shirt was talking about is super lazy! But what really upset me was the Manager they where talking about is Mikey! He is the nicest, very informative, helpful employee there! He was the Only one to great me when I entered the store, he cashed me out and he even held the door open for me when he went to help me with my vehicle! Those bullies he works with should be ashamed of themselves for talking about such a hard worker! They where the ones standing around talking to each other not asking if I needed help! I will only deal with Mikey from now on! I hope he didn't hear what they were saying about him because he definitely doesn't deserve it!"

"Mikey and Ben were so helpful with getting our RV fixed. We got it up and going and good as new (we'll as new as a 35 yr old rv can be). Definitely check this place out if you need anything car related."

"I went in last night to get a fan for my car I was treated really crappie by the night crew I called this morning and asked to speak with a manager and so Tim listened to what had happened asked me for some information he needed to b able to Assist me better and he took care of what I needed as fast as he possibly could thank u Tim and the day crew that helped me"

"A little background- I have more cars than any reasonable person should. I find myself visiting to pick up parts for my various hoopties more often than I care to admit. I just got off the phone with DANIELLE (caps so bosses can see), and she was AWESOME! While I was not able to locate the type of item I was looking for, she took ample time, tried to dig into the specifics of my car, and had a genuinely great demeanor. I asked if there was a boss I could send praise, and as it happens, I gather she is the boss. This has been my favored location in town due to the staff and consistency; this experience reinforces my feeling. Thank you for your help."
