"Smaller park with a nice but small playground. the search and find game they included on the equipment was an amazing addition. Also my toddler finally got the courage to go down her first slide... and then did it again, and again, and again..."
"Beautiful took a few photos here in front of the flower garden"
"Beautiful park with a lovely butterfly garden labyrinth. The park has nice shade to retreat from the sun. Really enjoyed our walk. The entrances I saw did not appear handicap accessible but we did not walk through the whole park."
"Hyde Park and Historic Hyde Park have been going through a revamping lets say. Historic value is off the charts. The neighborhood is full of history dating back to turn of rhe 20th century. In fact my building at one point in time was "luxury living." The little park is an oasis. All year round. Tennis courts at one end, a trail, a small garden maze, and an open section on the south end make it rather charming for a mid-town park. Large trees that surround give it an intimate central park type feel. Spring I hold bootcamps amd in the fall people sit out and have picnics. Kansas City is full of open air places. We're lucky like that. The concrete jungle of other cities gets old."
