"Dirty!!!! Some hookers clothing, snatch patch n see through shirt stuffed in corner. 3 Liquor bottle tops found under bed. Glass Crack pipe in foliage out by back door. Black light would be a beacon like a lighthouse. Do Not Stay America !!! Almost forgot the 4 hour concert party across the hall on Saturday night. LOUD"

"My car was stolen. I was also due to check on Wed 3/20. I went to extend my stay and was told my room was already booked out. I wasn’t given the option to extend I was just told there was nothing else that could be done. I advised the front desk clerk I was relocating and would be staying until I found a place or better accommodations at check in, because she asked why I was there. I guess when the circumstances aren’t directly affecting you, there isn’t much care for what’s going on. I don’t recommend this place at all!"

"Dont be fooled by the name or by photos they post. This place is rough and dirty and bug infested. We booked a room online and were sadly disappointed by reality upon arrival. At least they gave us a refund bc we werent about to stay."

"After my wife walked in on a housekeeper going through our belongings the manager did nothing. She actually told my wife that it is extended stays policy that staff can do that (lie #1). When I went to speak to her she made excuses for the woman and lied (#2) to my face saying my wife never told her that the housekeeper was going through our things. Don't stay here unless you want your privacy rights violated. Not the mention the dope fiends that roam the halls at night slamming door, arguing, and fighting. Not to mention the numerous vehicle and trailer break-ins (I'm one of the victims). Stay away!"

"We were hesitant to stay here based on some of the reviews, but we booked because it was the only place with availability on a busy weekend within walking distance of our event. I got my confirmation email from the hotel October 1st then got a text from my credit card company verifying that it was me and saying they blocked the payment. I called the hotel October 3rd at the phone number in the confirmation email and was told the payment did go through, and they confirmed I had the room booked for Oct 21. When we arrived to check in at 8pm, the worker at the front desk informed us that her manager had said they cancelled my reservation because the payment hadn’t gone through. When I explained that I called and verified, she said I should’ve called the specific hotel directly rather than the number in the email. She said there was nothing they could do, and all their rooms were full. After driving from out of state for an event, this was of course a big inconvenience. No one from the hotel contacted me during the three weeks after I received my reservation confirmation to tell me they’d cancelled it or that they didn’t receive a payment. Very disappointing. If you still choose to book here, I would triple check that you actually have a reservation. The manager was unconcerned and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place, and I do not plan to stay at any Extended Stay America in the future."
