"I bought a recliner rocker and I've been having problems with it. It keeps on breaking down on me after they fix it the first time. They used cheap wood for their furniture. The wood I looked under the recliner is got pieces of different wood chips in the wood, that's cheap wood. I will not ever buy another laz-boy furniture again. The tech keeps on canceling my appointment. The furniture is not worth the money I paid."

"I gave them 1 star, because they wanted to charge me $40 to pick up an end table at their store and called it a delivery charge?? What the heck? I’m picking it up.. there should be NO delivery fee/charge to me! That really made me upset! That’s a very poor business policy. I’ve never ever heard of that. They said it’s being delivered to their store from Chicago.. so that’s why. I told them that’s their problem/decision.. not mine. How ridiculous! I’ve spent probably close to $15,000 at that store over the past 2 years. I’ve had multiple issues with their furniture. The quality isn’t what they advertise or charge for. Granted they have worked with me in the past to make things right, but this so called “Delivery Charge” sent me over the edge! It will be the last thing I EVER buy from them."
