"I recently stayed at this Hilton property after staying here a few years back when it was Sheraton Suites. Hilton has breathed some life into this place. It was clean, modern and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if in the KC area."

"Giving a 4 star only because the lady with the nice arm sleeve tattoos at the front desk double charged me. I paid $167 twice for one night on March 1, 2024. However, I did call today to let them know and someone apologize for the inconvenience and issued out my refund which is still pending. Overall, the room was nice/clean and decent sized. I think the bathroom could have been bigger is my only con if I had to list one. Valet was great! They all enjoyed my husband custom Pennywise wrap on his ScatPak Charger. My husband and I went to the breakfast buffet and it was absolutely delicious. I think it was about $24 per person. Then my husband decided he wanted to order something from the menu that the buffet didn’t have which was French Toast comes with choice of meat priced at $16 and a mimosa priced at $12!!! I was very disappointed with how small the mimosa came (mini champagne glass) for 12 bucks lol. They tried it! Total came out to about $80. With tip $100. ;)"

"Hotel room was some wear and tear for being a Hilton property. Breakfast Buffet was decent. I like the fact they are open until 11 AM. The bar is well stocked. They had one of the best old fashions that I have had in a long time. The bartender Memo makes it himself and keeps it in a little Union Horse barrel. Ask for him. He will treat you well."

"DO NOT STAY HERE ! They will STEAL from you! When I arrived to check into my room they said that their system was updating and they couldn't check me in for an hour. I waited an hour and then they finally checked me into my room. When I checked out I received a bill charging me for two nights stay. That was completely unacceptable since I was in the room for less than 8 hours. I was inconvenienced. I arrived tired and had to wait on my room. Then I was fraudulently charged for 2 nights. Plus the next morning I needed to get another key but they could not do so because their system was still down. The manager was going to have one ready for me once I got back but that never happened. I am a diamond Hilton member, so I stay at a lot of hotels, and there is something very wrong going on here, and it needs to be investigated as soon as possible!"

"My Dad and I stayed at the Hilton Country Club Plaza for five days and had a relaxing stay. We definitely enjoyed the ample space in the room with it being a suite with two queen size beds. We also had a sitting area and mini-bar which were wonderful to have access to in order for us to spread out. The amenities on site were alright - The pool could have been better maintained; there were a lot of bugs floating in the pool. Other than that, the stay was awesome; parking in the garage on site, a breakfast buffet served in the morning, and a helpful, friendly front desk staff. We are looking forward to many more stays at this Hilton property because of it's location and space provided in the rooms. Thanks for a great stay!"
