"They couldn't find my reservation by my confirmation number so the front desk told me to rebook online. We ended up staying with friends since they said my credit card company thought it was a fraud charge and to rebook. But they reran the card the night of the intended stay so i was charged afterall! Why did the front desk suggest me to book another room if the original reservation was active? If i had i would have booked for two rooms."

"We stayed at ESA for about 2 years. We were relocated from the first ESA because of the railroad company buying out the first and moved into this one. We got a room, 254, where paint was chipped on the clearing and our fridge didn’t work. Never really got either fixed the whole year we were there. When it rained our ceiling leaked and the manager said, “what you can’t handle a little rain water?” Then when you walked by the ac you could hear the kitchen stove shake. Cracks were happening under the stairs of the back entrance and in the room we had. We also were right above where people smoked outside and we found ticks in our sink. We got kicked out suddenly with 30 minutes to pack and had to stay in our car for 2 nights with our cat. A cat who they made us pay for suddenly even though we had papers for them saying they were an emotional support animal just because the district manager saw them in the window when she was there. Never stay here, it’s falling apart and the higher ups do not care about anyone’s safety and health, not even their own employees. I am devastated at what they did to me and my partner and cat, the stress they caused us. I’m just glad all 3 of us could make the best of a horrible situation because they certainly didn’t seem to care what happened to us."

"The staff is amazing the rooms are smoke-free and clean.... Also housekeeping doesn't bother you so if you'd like them to come to your room you may have to request it. Which makes it a great stay. Breakfast could be better but...Overall great"

"The staff here is amazing! It doesn't matter who is working ( Tiffany, Lori, Taylor, Q, Jay,or the GM) they are always friendly, making you feel welcomed and willing to assist you in a timely and professional manner. The staff definitely adds a positive bonus to the stay making the hotel feel like a community that is fun and safe to stay at, and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again."
