"We had my son's 15th birthday party at LevelUp yesterday and he had a great time! They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The computers were all ready to go, table for gifts was ready, and we had a host there to greet us and answer any questions. Our party host was friendly and helpful! We felt welcomed and we had no problems at all! Pizza arrived as promised for the kids, they all got to sit together while they gamed together, and we got to relax and chat while they played. Hyvee Arena does need to put some directional signs up for helping find businesses inside the arena, but that is not the fault of the business, just something the building owners/managers should do."

"The owners seem to think they can refuse your pogo pass if it's convenient for them. I paid for the pass already, and they were paid by Pogo to accept it. Where's the miscommunication? Do better."

"Had the opportunity to visit LEVEL UP - The Gaming Arena outside of business hours to check it out. If you're a gamer, you need to get here NOW! Nearly 100 people can compete at once. ONE HUNDRED! There are also a couple of private rooms if you really want to concentrate on specific competition! Great space for kid or adult birthday parties, bachelor parties, etc So you can game it up but there are three ADDITIONAL spaces. All spaces have alcohol and food service. One is great for board game groups, trivia or bingo contests. Also, class reunions. There's a great bar with table service for food. Next to that is a venue perfect for all kinds of private events and musical performances. The patio is HUGE!"

"I happened to run across this place on Facebook while looking for something to do for my 12 year old sons birthday. They just happened to have a free camp in his birthday. This place is amazing! I was totally blown away when I walked in. Daron and Josh are soooo nice and welcoming. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. They focus on the kids understanding over good sportsmanship, player etiquette, health and fitness, STEM education, careers and so much more. So much more than an arcade or simple gaming spot. We will be back with my boyfriend and kids in tow!! Also great idea for a date night as they have a bar and food!! And tons of gaming options."
