"So I came in today to exchange a gift from Christmas, because it was too big.The Lady asked me for my receipt and I told her I didn't have it, so she asked for her manager Sarah to come out. She asked for my receipt, I told her I didn't have it and she insisted i get it or the tag or they would not help me. I told her ill be back. I drove all the way back home and returned an hour later and she told me she couldn't help.me because the last one they sold was in August after going back and forth with this woman I finally got toake an exchange. I've been a Season Ticket Holder for 15 years and her attitude was unnecessary she got loud and I felt I was being berated."
