"NEWS FLASH: You tell someone that the charge to rent an autoscrubber for 24hrs is 275.00. After the equipment is picked up the following day , you charge 850.00 on the card that was given to you. THIS IS FRAUD. I called 3 times today to get this rectified and was passed around to a number that kept on getting pushed to voicemail. If this is how you think you can treat customers you are dead wrong. Your company is trash and the charge is being disputed. 2 months later: The company never bothered to do anything about this situation. Pathetic and fraudulent."

He made the process extremely easy, was clear in all of the information that was presented, and took down my notes on delivery very well. The driver contacted me before leaving their office as I had requested and met me in the exact spot that I asked.
