"Lotto? Yes. Pizza? No."
"They gave me the wrong percentage nicotine e-cig pod and wouldn't exchange for the right one. Told me they are not allowed to take back tobacco products...ok then make sure you give the right ones the first time and tell the customer it's a final sale. Also, I would understand if someone was trying to full return for cash or the returned item was open but it wasn't. I just wanted to get the correct percentage pod. This place closes early, shuts down lottery early and the pumps are broken half the time. Just drive the extra few seconds to the gas station at 67th or go to Quicktrip."
"Fantastic customer service. Very clean."
"Lady working the counter shouldn’t be working alone. She’s 70 years old and taking 5 minutes for a $1 transaction. Gas pumps do not accept cards. Find another store this place is busted"
"We stopped by after visiting my Mothers grave on memorial day. My wife and kids had to make a restroom break. I went to Raytown high in the early eighties and while waiting, had a conversation with the gent running the store. We learned a lot about each other. It was very refreshing to connect with someone from my home town. And of course we bought a lot of unneeded snacks. Very refreshing break from todays BS."
