"I have going here for six years. Two weeks ago, I experienced the rudeness of Chris, the owner,..the same behavior others have complained about. I was absolutely stunned and I am still processing the encounter. Chris, you need to do some introspection and change your behavior and attitude. You have been handed a business that your parents established. Be grateful. I am not sure I will return but I will tell you this…if Debbie wasn’t there, I would never come back. She is a significant reason I have shopped at your business. If not for your behavior, I would have easily given you five stars."

"I have purchased things from The Store before. They have good quality and selection. However I called today to ask about some ribs. I asked the price per lb which I was told the price. I then wanted to know about how many pounds a slab was. I was then going to check on how many they had. Instead I was told by the guy that he had a customer and I would just have to come in and see and then hung up. I thought I was a customer too. I guess my money is not as good if I’m not there in person. Won’t be back."

"Great selection of real and natural foods along with fresh bread from Roma the best bread in the Midwest quality tomatoes that look like homegrown and awesome jam and jelly selection and the best quality meat like Curts or Alewels in the burg. "This is a really nice full-service butcher shop. It also has a whole lot of products for the barbecue enthusiast including rubs charcoal smoking woods and much more and the prices are pretty reasonable. I bought a short rib plate there and smoked it today. Super tender and delicious awesome dinosaur bones!"
