"This is not a bad review. I was quoted a price of at least $20,000 for a 5x9 bathroom that I wanted redone. Obviously they do very nice work, but I didn't need anything fancy so I couldn't use them. This is probably a good price for a high end remodel, just not what I was needing."

"The first time we used KBuild was a few years ago to remodel 2 bathrooms in our main home. They did a fantastic job, and from that experience, my wife and I both knew that KBuild would be the business of choice to remodel our Lake Sherwood Home. From our first meeting with the owners..... husband and wife team of Josh and Rauchel Koehnemann came through for us again! From the initial site inspection for the project to see if what we wanted was feasible, to design selection, and all other interactions during the process, we achieved what we had envisioned and so much more. Josh has a real talent for seeing what is possible and what is not. We had a hallway added to our design behind our new kitchen that required some real thought as to what was possible in that space. It was fun to watch the designer Rauchel and the builder Josh agree to disagree. I think they both deserve cudos for making it work. Rauchel and my wife worked so well together. She listened to what was in our vision, and she pulled out exactly what we wanted, and so much more. Her knowledge of design is phenomenal to say the least. A virtual schematic was produced of our kitchen and we got to see our dreams on paper. Josh got the design into motion with his team. Josh's team came to our jobsite every day. Josh came to the jobsite often to be sure things were on track and to his high standards. When they start a project, they do not jump to other projects. Their team leader for our remodel was Steve Fuller. Steve had a game plan every day. Products for the job had to be delivered in tandem with this game plan. Steve and his team were artisans when it came to mitre cuts, and making the design plans reality. You should see the wall mounted TV box made from our wood flooring. It holds a 65 inch Smart TV, Tremendous craftsmanship! These folks were a well oiled machine, that were not only respectful to each other, but more importantly a pleasure to be around. They are solutions people too. If we thought we wanted something different then originally planned, they worked with us for realistic modifications. If they thought there was a better solution to do something, for example for our new hallway storage closets behind the kitchen, we discussed the ideas, we agreed them, and they executed perfectly. This attitude of delivering perfection and satisfaction to the customer is what sets them apart. The entire upper floor of our home was remodeled. Kitchen, Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and some minor work on the second floor. Our jobsite was cleaned everyday and when they left us, you would have never known we had work being done at our house. When our job was finished, they wanted us to take a few days to get acquainted with our new refresh, and make a punch list of touch-ups and corrections. They came back quickly with a crew and completed everything to our satisfaction in a day. Tremendous service and integrity. The pictures listed with this review show their spectacular work.
