"Lady behind the counter was unhelpful. On her phone when I got to the counter and had to wait for the text message to be finished. Wasn’t able to help me test my battery as she was the only employee on staff and couldn’t leave the building. Crossed the street to autozone and got help right away and they checked my battery and alternator, ended up purchasing a battery from them too. Poor customer service and understaffing led me to purchase from another store."
"My time spent at this location is very limited (I usually go to ones closer to home, but they sold out of my needed part). However, I picked up here and the worker was very nice and quick to help me. Place was very clean and there also was filled hand sanitizer available. Parking is plentiful and the lot was easy to get into. However, a sign toward an exit would be great."
"Had a near catastrophic incident on 364 approaching Jungermann and just jumped off the highway and into their lot...thank goodness. Dave helped me diagnose the issue, and then after realizing they didn't have what I needed in stock, suggested I try a competitor right across the street. Top notch service despite not even buying anything."
