"I am giving Dave Ward's Hardwood Floors one star because I do not have the option to give them no stars at all. They made an appointment with me to come in the morning on a weekday to give us an estimate. I took off from work in the morning so that I could be at home for them. It is now 35 minutes since the time that they were supposed to come. Not only have they not come, they have also not bothered to call and let me know that they are not coming. I am very very dissatisfied with this unprofessional company. This is no way to treat potential customers."

"I received 3-4 bids on a project which included existing hardwood floors in my kitchen and eating area. I also had tile and carpet throughout main floor. I wanted seamless hardwood floors throughout whole main floor. Dave owns this business and does the work himself along with a talented experienced crew. I received his bid in September and eventually decided to move forward and scheduled it for February. He gave me a start date of a month out. Dave's busy, he's not the best with calling back but he confirmed he would be here the date they told me and he was here on time. Throughout the project we changed a few things and he delivered on every change. The end result is awesome. There was a little mishap with the final finish coat and Dave showed up the next day and said it's not perfect and we carried the furniture back out, and they re-sanded the entire main floor and put on a fourth sealant. Any other contractor would have been difficult. Dave was not difficult at all and that's when he earned the 5th Star. I would definitely use Dave again and I'd recommend him strongly. If you saw my floors you'd drool :) Thanks Dave!"
