"Typical closed minded 20somethings who haven't been taught the skill of & value of listening. Before I finished my first sentence I could see the wheels turning. Argumentative staff unwilling to even consider helping. Defensive to the max like it was a personal attack on them. Of course the "manager" wasn't working. It's exhausting to deal with this type of situation on the regular. DO THEY REALIZE THAT I AM WHY THEY ARE WORKING THERE???? Spend 150 dollars on a pair of shoes every 6 months and that's what I get??? Maybe I'll start looking for a better brand."

"A smaller than avg store with very poor selection. Doesn’t sell any of the popular Jordans or Air Max’s. Hardly no accessories either (was looking for J’s and a Backpack). On top of all this the service is piss poor I stood around for about 5-10 minutes looking around. Not only did no one help or ask if I needed assistance I was actually ignored while white customers received preferential treatment. I’d like to add I was dressed very approachable in business casual attire straight from work. So I can’t find an excuse other than being black and male. Add in parking difficulties and overall plaza traffic; I will never return to this location as it is now programmed in my head as a loss and waste of time. As an executive I value my time dearly."

"This store is an 11/10. It was like walking into a west coast, contemporary style, hip store. Women’s sport focused with tons of AF 1 selections as well as kicks you wouldn’t normally find at a big box store. The store also offers a large variety of Jordan attire, bras, spandex, leggings, and sweatpants. Highly recommend! Service was excellent too. This location also offers private events."
